Membership and Refund Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
This policy covers The Stretch Plan, our paid membership, once it opens. Free accounts, recipes, the Pantry Price Book, the calculator and the newsletter cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.
Free trial
New members get a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Cancel anytime
Cancel from your account or by emailing hello@thepennystretcher.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. No calls, no hoops.
Refunds
- If you forget to cancel a trial and contact us within 7 days of the first charge, we'll refund it in full.
- Yearly members get a reminder email before renewal. If you contact us within 14 days after a yearly renewal, we'll refund that renewal in full.
- If you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. We process approved refunds within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
